  I had a worst experience with this Agent. I used to live in 5A/3A Grainger Ave, Ashfield. One of their property Manager named Cathan harassed my brother-in-law for so called outstanding rent. Instead of sending me a letter they kept calling us. I asked him to send me a letter. I went to their office. They could not explain how i owe money to them. I had to get my past 2 years bank statements to prove myself that I have no outstanding fee. I felt that I was unfairly treated. They did not follow any standard procedure. They should have sent me a letter explaining how and when I have that outstanding payment even though my bank statements clearly showing I paid rent for every single week. They are arrogant and unapologetic even knowing they are wrong. What a customer service!!!!!!!! If no Star option is available i would be given then No STAR.
